National Research Oncology Center (NROC) is a state medical center in Kazakhstan focused on cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and scientific research. Its mission is to reduce cancer mortality by providing access to advanced technologies for early detection and therapy while implementing international standards. Its vision is to become a model scientific oncology center with strong clinical, research, and educational activities. Strategic priorities include delivering oncology care at international levels, conducting research, developing personalized methods of prevention and treatment, and coordinating the country’s oncology services. The center’s core activities include clinical care, scientific innovation, educational programs, and international collaboration.

The journal provides a platform for multidisciplinary collaboration, promoting evidence-based innovations that improve cancer care delivery, inform policy decisions, and support equitable health outcomes.
